Currently I am preparing to the online program \u201cOpening of your highest potential\u201d that I will run in April 2018 together with another teacher, and I found a beautiful exercise that might help you to discover and alien with your Soul\u2019s purpose.<\/p>\n

Our soul\u2019s purpose is usually quite simple \u2013 it’s not what we might think \u2013 not about things, titles, occupation or even talents – \u201cWE ARE HERE TO LEARN AND TO GROW IN WISDOM, TO LOVE AND BE LOVED, TO RADIATE HAPPINESS AND KINDNESS, TO CREAT PEACE AND HEAVEN ON THE EARTH\u201d, Katherine Woodward Thomas.<\/p>\n

I recommend to do this exercise in the morning, after your morning stretching and breakfast, try to give yourself time when nobody distracts you, when you are not in a hurry, with clear mind, switched off phone. The exercise might take you around 30-60 min.<\/p>\n

  1. Write on the paper the answers to the following questions (as much as you can and feels right for you):<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    • What do I love to do?<\/li>\n
    • What comes naturally to me?<\/li>\n
    • What do I feel passionate about?<\/li>\n
    • The times I have been happiest in life:__________________.<\/li>\n
    • People always told me that I am good at:________________.<\/li>\n
    • When I was a child I always wanted to:_________________.<\/li>\n
    • The purpose of my life is:<\/li>\n
    • I am here to bring _____________________ to the world.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      2. Do at least 1 thing TODAY that is aliened with your soul\u2019s purpose.<\/p>\n

      This exercise can help you to alien more and more with your soul\u2019s purpose, to take decisions according to that, to choose your business or life\u2019s partner etc.<\/p>\n
